Brown fused alumina oxide is mainly made of alumina and carbon (anthracite) and is produced through high-temperature smelting in an arc furnace. Grinding tools made from it are suitable for grinding metals with high tensile strength, such as various general-purpose steels, forgeable cast iron, hard bronze, etc., and can also be used to manufacture high-end refractory materials. Brown fused alumina oxide has the characteristics of high purity, good crystallization, strong fluidity, low linear expansion coefficient, and corrosion resistance. Practiced by dozens of refractory production enterprises, the product has the characteristics of not exploding, not turning to dust, and not cracking during use. Especially its far superior cost-effectiveness compared to traditional brown fused aluminum oxide makes it the best aggregate and filler for refractory materials of brown fused aluminum oxide quality.
The main component of brown fused alumina for abrasive oxide is alumina, and the division is based on the aluminum content, the lower the aluminum content, the lower the hardness. The product particle size is produced according to international standards and various national standards and can be processed according to user requirements. The general particle size number is F4~F320, and its chemical composition depends on the particle size. The prominent features are small crystal size and impact resistance. Because it is crushed by a self-grinding machine, the particles are mostly spherical, with a dry and clean surface, making it easy to combine with binders.

Free grinding – Grinding grade abrasives are used for free grinding in the fields of imaging tubes, optical glass, monocrystalline silicon, lenses, clock glass, crystal glass, jade, etc. It is a widely used advanced grinding material.
Resin abrasive - The abrasive has the appropriate color, good hardness, toughness, suitable particle cross-section type, and edge retention, and is used in resin abrasives with ideal results.
Coated abrasives - Brown fused alumina oxide abrasives are the raw materials for sandpaper, gauze, and other manufacturers.
Functional fillers - mainly used for automobile braking parts, special tires, special building products, etc. It can be used as wear-resistant materials for repairing highways, airport runways, docks, parking lots, industrial floors, sports fields, etc.
Filter media - is a new application area of abrasives, using granular abrasives as the bottom layer medium of the filter bed to purify drinking water or wastewater, which is a new type of water filtration material at home and abroad, especially suitable for non-ferrous metal beneficiation: petroleum drilling mud weighting agent.
Hydraulic cutting - is a new, environmentally friendly, and safe cutting method using abrasives as cutting media and relying on high-pressure water jet cutting for basic cutting. It is used for cutting components such as petroleum (natural gas) pipelines and steel, etc.
